Trade Marketing Manager – Furniture & Home Furnishings

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead dealer network development and trade marketing initiatives for a furniture and home furnishing company.

Key responsibilities

• Expand dealer networks, acquire new trade partners, and reactivate dormant dealers to drive sales growth.
• Develop trade promotions, seasonal offers, and product launch campaigns to increase product sales through dealer channels.
• Support sales teams with product catalogs, price lists, promotional materials, and dealer engagement initiatives.
• Manage B2B marketing content and dealer communications across social media and WhatsApp Business.
• Analyze dealer sales performance and ordering patterns using Excel/Google Sheets to identify growth opportunities.
• Organize dealer meetings, showroom displays, and promotional activities to strengthen product visibility and dealer engagement.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and promotional schemes to improve market positioning.
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams to ensure trade promotions support revenue growth and profitability.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, B2B marketing, or distribution management.
• Experience in furniture, mattresses, carpets, home furnishings, interior products, or similar consumer product industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealer networks, channel sales, trade promotions, and product marketing.
• Good communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Willingness to travel to dealer markets across Nepal.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel for sales performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis.
