Training Officer – Corporate Learning & Development

About the role

We are a leading consulting firm seeking a dynamic Training Officer to grow our corporate training business. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, designing tailored learning solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery of workshops, seminars, and other learning events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients for training opportunities.
• Conduct training needs assessments and convert leads into business.
• Prepare technical and financial training proposals.
• Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end training programs, including logistics and documentation.
• Prepare training reports and maintain proper records.
• Plan and execute training workshops, seminars, and learning events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly business and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with trainers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong proposal and report writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly performance targets.
• Willingness to travel within and outside Kathmandu Valley.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and personal two‑wheeler for field visits.
• Prior experience in training and business development is an advantage.
