Training Officer — Training & Enablement

About the role

Expert Education is seeking a Training Officer to own the training and enablement function for its global student recruitment business. Based in Kathmandu, you will design, build and roll‑out learning solutions that help staff across 23 countries use the company’s proprietary CRM and related business tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs by engaging with regional branches and analysing user feedback.
• Develop role‑based learning paths for different functions such as counsellors, case officers and branch managers.
• Create self‑serve learning assets including short videos, written guides, in‑system help and onboarding programmes.
• Establish a network of local champions in each region to provide ongoing support in local time zones and languages.
• Drive adoption of new ways of working and measure impact through usage metrics and feedback.
• Report results to system owners and continuously improve training based on data.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, enablement, or a hands‑on operational role where you have built learning solutions.
• Proven ability to design programmes rather than only deliver existing curricula.
• Comfortable working independently and influencing stakeholders across multiple countries.

Required skills

• Instructional design and curriculum development.
• Creation of video tutorials and written documentation.
• Experience with business software training (e.g., CRM, ERP) and building self‑service learning resources.
