Ultralight Pilots, Engineer & Paragliding Tandem Pilots

About the role

Avia Club Nepal is expanding its flight operations in Pokhara and is looking for experienced ultralight pilots, aircraft maintenance technicians, and paragliding tandem pilots. The positions are full‑time and based on‑site, offering the chance to work in a vibrant aviation environment surrounded by the Himalayas.

Key responsibilities

• Operate ultralight aircraft safely, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on Aeroprakt A22 aircraft equipped with Rotax 912 engines.
• Conduct tandem paragliding flights, including winch‑towing launches, ensuring passenger safety.
• Maintain accurate flight and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with the ground crew to prepare aircraft and equipment for daily operations.

Required profile

• Valid UPL licence with a minimum of 150 flight hours for ultralight pilots.
• Certified training in ultralight aircraft maintenance and at least three years of relevant experience for technicians.
• Experience with Aeroprakt A22 and Rotax 912 engine maintenance.
• At least 300 tandem flight hours and proven winch‑towing experience for paragliding pilots.
