Used Car Sales Manager

About the role

Go Infosys is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead its pre‑owned vehicle sales operations in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site role involves driving revenue growth, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and managing a dedicated sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pre‑owned vehicle sales activities and monitor inventory levels.
• Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and report results to senior management.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and service departments to align sales initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and develop strategies to increase revenue.
• Provide product knowledge and support to customers, guiding them from inquiry to purchase.

Required profile

• Proven background in pre‑owned vehicle sales with a record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• In‑depth knowledge of sales processes, including lead management, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience leading or managing a sales team in the automotive sector.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and devise actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Organizational attention to detail for inventory and documentation management.
• Fluency in the local language and working proficiency in English.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
