Visual & Motion Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Visual & Motion Designer with strong motion‑graphics expertise to create high‑impact visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling. You will manage projects from concept through final delivery, supporting clients in travel, education, finance, and sports while collaborating closely with the creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and motion‑graphics direction for social media, websites, print, and digital campaigns.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce animated content, video edits, and motion graphics for ads, reels, and brand videos.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion outputs and evolve brand guidelines as needed.
• Collaborate with marketers, developers, and clients; mentor and review junior designers.
• Produce high‑quality visuals and animations for posts, advertisements, infographics, presentations, and video campaigns.
• Ensure organized file structures, version control, and efficient design workflows.
• Stay ahead of design and motion trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with a portfolio that showcases both static design and motion‑graphics work.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end and mentor junior designers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong command of design principles, layout, color, typography, composition, and animation timing.
• Experience with Canva; familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D animation, sound design, and storyboard creation is an added advantage.
