Creative Graphic Designer – Social Media & Marketing

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content for social media, advertising, brochures and other marketing materials. The role requires translating brand messages into compelling designs while meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design banners for Facebook, flyers, brochures and other promotional assets.
• Create advertisements, vacancy drafts and product illustrations that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop concepts, layouts, typography and visual elements for websites and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare rough drafts, incorporate feedback, and finalize designs for print or digital publishing.
• Perform basic video editing and support on‑call or shift work when project demands arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media posts, banners and marketing material design.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain brand consistency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience with Canva and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro or CapCut).
• Knowledge of typography, brand identity design, UI/UX principles and print production.
• Familiarity with Figma (preferred).
