Web Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Web Designer to join our growing team in Lalitpur. You will transform ideas into engaging, user‑friendly digital experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Business teams to translate project requirements into high‑quality design solutions.
• Design wireframes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to communicate concepts clearly.
• Create responsive website layouts while managing design constraints such as auto‑layout, image scaling, and layout shifts.
• Develop organized, reusable design systems in Figma using components, variants, styles, and variables.
• Produce engaging UI for web, desktop, and mobile applications with a strong focus on usability.
• Design marketing assets—including promotional banners and social media creatives—using Canva or similar tools.
• Establish and maintain UI guidelines, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
