Workshop Supervisor & Service Advisor – Kathmandu

About the role

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer‑focused Workshop Supervisor / Service Advisor to lead our workshop operations in Kathmandu. You will oversee mechanics, diagnose vehicle issues, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop activities and coordinate mechanics and technical staff.
• Diagnose vehicle problems and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues effectively.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues, service needs, repair progress, and recommendations.
• Allocate and monitor jobs according to priorities, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Prepare service reports, workshop documentation, and maintain administrative records.
• Monitor use of workshop/service management software and ensure accurate filing of reports.
• Support administrative tasks related to workshop operations.
• Maintain workshop procedures, safety standards, and service quality.

Required profile

• Graduate qualification (automobile engineering or related diploma preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in automobile workshop operations or vehicle servicing.
• Proven experience supervising mechanics or technical teams.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Ability to prepare reports and professional correspondence independently.
• Own transportation and a valid driving licence.
