Account Coordinator – AU Timezone

About the role

Blys is seeking a motivated Account Coordinator to act as a bridge between clients and wellness providers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences across the AU timezone.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries via phone and email, providing updates and resolutions.
• Process bookings accurately, aligning client preferences with provider capabilities.
• Gather post‑service feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong client‑provider relationships and address issues promptly.
• Onboard new clients through contact sessions to support business growth.
• Update the knowledge base and Help Centre with accurate information.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams for seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in account management, customer service, or coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional, reliable, and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Apps.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
