Account Executive

About the role

The Software Company is seeking an energetic Account Executive to join its sales team in Sanepa, Lalitpur. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the software sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective customers through cold‑calling, networking, and inbound leads.
• Present software solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing ongoing support and upselling additional services.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in technology.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
