About the role
Three Star Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Accountant Assistant to support its accounting and credit control functions. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable, monitoring credit limits, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer ledgers and accounts receivable records.
- Monitor outstanding balances, credit limits, and overdue payments, and reconcile ledgers with accounting records.
- Follow up with customers for timely settlement of matured and overdue payments.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing on credit exposure and prepare collection reports.
- Prepare and update accounts receivable aging reports and assist in management reporting on overdue accounts.
- Verify invoices, receipts, credit and debit notes, and maintain proper documentation.
Required profile
- Responsible, detail‑oriented and committed professional.
- Motivated to contribute effectively to accounting processes.
- At least 12 months of relevant experience.
