About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team at Himalayan Java Coffee. As a mid‑level Accountant you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring the organization’s financial stability.
Key responsibilities
- Verify, reconcile and rectify vendor payable transactions
- Accurately perform vendor statement reconciliations
- Process payments and disbursements within approved payment terms
- Conduct account reconciliations for bank, vendor transactions and inventory control
- Reconcile payments to ensure the accounting system reflects correct transactions
- Participate in continuous improvement of policy, process and system functionality
- Collaborate with the vendor management team to respond to vendor inquiries
- Support the month‑end closing process
Required profile
- Mid‑level experience (approximately 2 years)
- Highly motivated and detail‑oriented
- Ability to work with vendor management and month‑end processes
