Accounting Software Sales & Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Software Sales & Support Executive with a solid understanding of accounting principles and hands‑on experience using accounting software or ERP systems. The role combines software demonstrations, implementation assistance, client training and ongoing support to help customers maximise the accounting features of the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live demonstrations of accounting software for prospective and existing clients.
• Assist with software implementation, setup, configuration and data migration.
• Provide user training and continuous support to ensure effective use of the system.
• Analyse client requirements and recommend practical software solutions.
• Explain accounting processes, workflows, financial reporting, VAT, TDS and tax compliance within the software.
• Resolve software‑related and accounting‑related queries and coordinate with internal technical teams.
• Maintain accurate records of demonstrations, implementations and support activities.
• Follow up with clients to monitor satisfaction and drive ongoing relationship management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of double‑entry bookkeeping and basic tax compliance (VAT, TDS).
• Good knowledge of financial statements and accounting reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑handling abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver practical, tailored solutions.

Required skills
