Admission Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Admission Executive to handle student inquiries, provide admission counseling, and guide candidates through the enrollment process at Malvern International. The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Key responsibilities

• Escalate admission issues to appropriate authorities for resolution.
• Maintain and update the pre‑screening spreadsheet.
• Build and strengthen relationships with agents.
• Ensure student information is accurate and clear for schools.
• Manage high volumes of requests, especially during peak periods.
• Follow SOPs and protocols for the entire admission process.
• Process enrollments within agreed service level agreements.
• Liaise with agents, students, and internal stakeholders throughout admission.
• Deliver high‑standard service for internal and external enquiries.
• Timely follow‑up with agents and students for required documents.
• Participate in meetings and suggest process improvements.
• Attend trainings and support team members as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Lead.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or related customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload.
