Ads Manager – Remote (Based in Nepal)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Ads Manager to join our Marketing & Media team. The role is fully remote and open to candidates currently residing in Nepal, focusing on building high‑performing paid media campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage Google Business Profiles, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads accounts from the ground up.
• Design scalable campaign structures and advertising frameworks across multiple platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting using Google Keyword Planner.
• Launch, monitor, and continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing, audience refinement, and creative optimisation.
• Implement accurate conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and analyse performance using Google Analytics.
• Improve ROI by making data‑driven optimisation decisions and reducing acquisition costs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience creating and managing paid media campaigns from scratch.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, conversion tracking, and performance optimisation.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into measurable results.
• Proven track record of managing advertising budgets and improving campaign performance.
• A degree in Marketing is preferred, but demonstrated results are essential.
