About the role

Praweb Service, a Kathmandu‑based creative agency, is seeking an AI Video Editor to craft high‑performing short‑form video ads for international e‑commerce brands. You will blend traditional video editing with cutting‑edge AI tools to produce engaging, conversion‑focused creatives.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form video ads optimized for paid media performance.
• Create hooks, fast‑paced cuts, product‑focused and UGC‑style videos.
• Use AI tools to generate or enhance assets such as voiceovers, visuals, captions, and transitions.
• Turn raw footage, UGC clips, product clips, and AI‑generated assets into polished marketing videos.
• Produce multiple variations for A/B testing, adjusting hooks, angles, formats, captions, and CTAs.
• Collaborate with creative and performance teams to iterate quickly based on briefs and feedback.
• Stay updated on new AI tools and video‑editing trends for e‑commerce advertising.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience editing short‑form ad videos.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into the creative workflow.
• Strong eye for detail and performance‑driven editing.
