About the role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The role involves developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring quality and timely execution of projects. Candidates must understand Nepal’s building regulations and be proficient with architectural design software.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, space plans, and detailed designs.
- Prepare municipal, approval, and working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project execution and quality.
- Prepare client presentations and incorporate design revisions.
- Organize and manage drawing schedules and documentation.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of Nepal’s building regulations.
- Proficiency in architectural design software.
- Ability to manage projects from concept through completion.
