Area Sales Representative

About the role

The Area Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Kathmandu, driving sales growth for CG Communications Ltd. within an assigned territory. The role combines prospecting, client relationship management, and product promotion to meet company sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing customers and new prospects to present products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and report sales performance regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of meeting territory targets.
• Experience in sales or field marketing, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
• Strong customer relationship management skills, including follow‑up and issue resolution.
• Minimum SLC/Intermediate degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel within Kathmandu and surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM tools for data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
