Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

Sagar Distillery Limited, a leading Nepali spirits producer, is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support brand ideation, campaign execution and product development.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to brand ideation and planning for campaigns and new product development.
• Support execution of brand campaigns, activations, and promotions.
• Coordinate bar activations, on‑ground events, and consumer programs.
• Work with creative, digital, and activation agencies from briefing to delivery.
• Conduct market visits to monitor execution quality and gather insights.
• Track competition, market trends, and consumer feedback.
• Convert brand activities into clear, quantifiable reports and presentations.
• Ensure brand guidelines and regulatory compliance are followed.

Required profile

• MBA with a major in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Liquor, Beverage, FMCG, or Advertising Agency industry.
• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Campaign Management.
• Proficiency in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Data‑Driven Decision Making.
• Knowledge of Branding, Advertising, and Promotional Activities.
• Strong Communication, Collaboration, Vendor Management, and Budget Management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
