Associate Sales Manager

About the role

Avinya Store in Bhangal, Kathmandu is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Sales Manager to drive sales of its quality chairs and innovative products. The role combines direct client engagement, sales negotiations, and post‑sale support while also handling social‑media promotion and coordination of deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients and build a pipeline of leads.
• Arrange meetings with decision‑makers, deliver sales pitches, demos and proposals.
• Negotiate prices and contracts to meet sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and post‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Create Facebook and Instagram posts using Canva and produce sales‑driving videos.
• Manage social‑media messages, comments and product inquiries.
• Coordinate chair deliveries with the logistics team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to align offerings with market needs.
• Prepare cost‑benefit analyses and handle orders on platforms such as Instagram, Meta and Daraz.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree (Bachelor) in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• More than 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably B2B and in the furniture sector.
• Fluent in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Experience using Canva for social‑media graphics.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Meta and Daraz platforms for order handling and promotion.
