Automobile Sales Officer – 4 Wheelers

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Sales Officer to drive sales growth for 4‑wheel vehicles in the Kathmandu market. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering tailored automotive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales and business opportunities for 4‑wheel vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market and industry research, analyse sales data and monitor competitor activities.
• Develop and execute sales plans, campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Present products and solutions effectively to prospective customers.
• Conduct regular client meetings, field visits and follow‑ups to advance the sales process.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through closure.
• Prepare sales reports, market updates and performance records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service and sales execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the automobile or related industry.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work independently or within a team.
• Own transportation and a valid driving licence for field activities.
