About the role
Assist in daily departmental activities related to vehicle service operations, technical training, and service marketing initiatives. Develop knowledge of commercial vehicles, automotive systems, BS6 technology, and company products.
Key responsibilities
- Support customer interactions, field visits, service campaigns, and technical inspections.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and update ERP/CRM systems.
- Participate in technical training, certification programs, and on‑the‑job learning to meet departmental KPIs.
Required profile
- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical engineering.
- Ability to work with internal teams and handle data analysis for operational improvement.
Required skills
- BS6 technology knowledge
- ERP system usage
- CRM system usage
