Branch Manager – ISP Operations

About the role

A reputed ISP company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth and ensure an excellent customer experience across multiple locations in Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, motivate and supervise branch staff to achieve performance goals.
• Drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor branch financial performance, expenses and reporting.
• Coordinate with head office on operations, marketing and technical matters.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in telecom or a service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to meet sales and operational targets.
• Good knowledge of customer service management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
