Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our pathology laboratory in Biratnagar. The role combines operational oversight, business development, and team leadership to ensure high‑quality service and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor test turnaround times, manage inventory of supplies, reagents and equipment, and resolve operational issues and customer complaints.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as revenue, profitability, test volumes and customer satisfaction, preparing regular performance reports.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, build relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and corporate clients, and lead market research initiatives.
• Supervise collection centre operations, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to quality and turnaround standards.
• Identify and lead expansion of new collection centres and branches, handling site selection, staffing, equipment procurement and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train and manage branch staff, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork.
