Brand & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our FMCG brand portfolio in Kathmandu. The role will drive brand strategy, oversee marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen positioning, awareness, and market presence.
• Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, identify trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop initiatives that contribute to revenue and business growth.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
• Track brand and marketing performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and prepare actionable reports.
• Collaborate with sales, product, commercial, and other teams to ensure consistent brand and marketing execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of progressive experience in the FMCG industry.
• 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategy, and FMCG market dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate marketing teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced business environment.
