About the role
We are looking for a Broadcast Engineer to join our production team at our Kathmandu headquarters. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality live streams, primarily for esports events, using industry‑standard broadcasting software.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, configure and operate VMIX and OBS during live productions.
- Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
- Maintain and update broadcasting software and related hardware.
- Collaborate with producers and talent to ensure seamless esports coverage.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in broadcast engineering or live streaming.
- Strong interest in esports and familiarity with its production workflow.
- Ability to work onsite at the Kathmandu office.
Required skills
- Proficiency with VMIX.
- Proficiency with OBS.
- General knowledge of broadcasting software.
