BTL Claim Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and financially astute BTL Claim Officer. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales budgeting, dealer claims, expense monitoring, and coordination with Sales, Accounts, Marketing, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage overall sales budgets in coordination with Sales and Accounts teams.
• Conduct budget planning, forecasting, and expense projections for sales operations.
• Monitor budget vs. actual expenses, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track and control sales‑related expenditures within approved budgets.
• Verify and process dealer claims while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Review supporting documents and coordinate internal approvals.
• Prepare periodic financial and sales performance reports for management.
• Coordinate budgets for exchange events and promotional activities with the Sales team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BTL claims, sales finance, budgeting, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of budget monitoring, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling dealer claims and supporting documentation.
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant reporting tools is an advantage.
