Business Development & Academy Lead

About the role

The Business Development & Academy Lead will own the end‑to‑end partnership lifecycle for Prixa Academy, building institutional relationships with universities, colleges, corporates and other training providers. This is a hands‑on role that combines sales pipeline management, go‑to‑market strategy and commercial model design.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure partnerships with educational institutions and corporate clients.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting, negotiations, agreement signing to program execution and renewals.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and convert prospects into signed contracts.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing and brand teams to create GTM strategies, sales collateral, proposals and presentations.
• Shape pricing, partnership terms, program structures and revenue models.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, scope, payment terms and deliverables.
• Coordinate with training, curriculum and delivery teams to ensure successful program rollout.
• Represent Prixa Academy at industry events, conferences and networking forums to increase market visibility.
• Track pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue performance and report metrics to leadership.
• Explore new institutional segments and markets to expand the partnership portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, partnership or account management, preferably with academic or corporate training clients.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Experience in managing and tracking sales pipelines.
