Business Development Manager – EV Charging Solutions (Nepal)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our EV charging solutions across Nepal. The role is full‑time and hybrid, focusing on building relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, developers, fleet operators and government bodies. You will work closely with internal teams to align our hardware and software offerings with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging solutions throughout Nepal.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, real‑estate developers, fuel stations, fleet operators, government entities, hotels, malls and other commercial clients.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competitor activity, customer requirements and emerging opportunities.
• Generate leads, prepare customized proposals, technical presentations and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial agreements with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical and operations teams to ensure solutions match market demand.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, conferences and client meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM systems.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage after‑sales relationships.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with PPRA tendering procedures, bid documentation and compliance requirements.
