About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead sales and oversee travel bookings and ticketing operations. The position is based in Kathmandu and focuses on the travel and ticketing industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead the sales team and identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
- Oversee travel bookings, ticketing operations, and customer service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
- Prior experience in travel booking and ticketing preferred.
- Proven experience in leading a sales team and achieving targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant booking systems.
