About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and marketing initiatives that support overall company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
• Conduct client meetings, build relationships, and manage ongoing accounts.
• Support sales efforts to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and assist with promotional activities.
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and track conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Own or have access to a 2‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
