Business Development Officer

About the role

AI Solution is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Business Development Officer to drive growth in its ICT and cloud services portfolio. Based in Kathmandu, you will identify new opportunities, build corporate client relationships, and support strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across ICT and cloud solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and tailored solution designs.
• Coordinate with technical and finance teams to develop quotations.
• Follow up on leads, close deals, and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports.
• Provide regular feedback to management on growth opportunities.
• Ensure prompt client support and contribute to long‑term account growth.

Required profile

• Strong new‑business development and client relationship management skills.
• Solid analytical ability to interpret market data and assess client needs.
• Basic understanding of finance concepts for quotations and commercial terms.
• Clear professional communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with focus on responsiveness and trust building.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, ICT or related field.
• Relevant experience in ICT, cloud, or technology sales is an advantage.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, meet targets and manage multiple priorities.
