Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive new revenue for ScaleBuild AI by identifying and nurturing opportunities for our custom software and AI integration services. Based on‑site in Nepal, you will work closely with technical and marketing teams to turn prospects into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking and digital channels.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Engage prospective clients via calls, meetings and presentations, tailoring proposals to their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop customized solutions.
• Track performance metrics and contribute insights to refine business development strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology, software or AI services.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet targets and work independently on‑site in Nepal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead management and sales tracking.
