Business Head - Tractor Division

About the role

The Business Head for the Tractor Division will lead sales teams and dealer networks across Nepal, driving growth in commercial, industrial and institutional markets. This proactive leader will identify new business opportunities, build long‑term client relationships and ensure the delivery of value‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and market coverage plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tractor and related equipment sectors.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and dealers.
• Conduct technical presentations and provide value‑based selling solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analysis for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after‑sales support.
• Travel extensively across Nepal for client meetings and business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven expertise in technical and value‑based selling.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and data‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Nepali.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the country.

Required skills

• Knowledge of diesel generator sets and their applications.
