Business Planning Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Planning Manager who will drive strategic planning, business analysis and performance measurement initiatives. The role supports informed decision‑making and helps achieve both short‑term and long‑term objectives of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation, consolidation, approval and tracking of the Annual Business Plan.
• Monitor business initiatives against the approved strategic plan and regularly report progress, gaps and variances to senior management.
• Support the definition and implementation of Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic and operational goals.
• Collect, analyse and report performance data through dashboards and facilitate periodic performance‑review meetings.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks.
• Assist process‑standardisation initiatives and implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred) with 4‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior management.
