About the role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Cafe Incharge / Manager to lead daily operations at our bakery‑café in Mulpani. The role combines culinary knowledge with strong hospitality expertise to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all daily café activities, ensuring efficient service.
• Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly address inquiries or complaints.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports for management.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in café or hospitality management.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality.
