About the role
We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead daily operations at our café in Naxal, Kathmandu. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring high standards of service, and managing all aspects of the café’s performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day café operations efficiently.
- Supervise, schedule and coordinate café staff.
- Maintain excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food, beverage, inventory and daily sales.
- Ensure hygiene, quality and service standards are met.
- Handle cash management and maintain operational records.
- Address staff discipline and performance issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in café, hotel or food & beverage management.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, sales and cash handling.
- Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and quality standards.
