About the role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused Café Server to provide excellent service to guests. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Provide menus and explain food and beverage items when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Enter orders into the POS/order system and coordinate with the kitchen and barista team.
- Serve food, beverages, and desserts promptly and professionally.
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders.
- Respond politely to customer requests, questions, and complaints.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables.
- Clean, arrange, and reset tables according to café standards.
