Cambridge Exam Supervisor / Young Learners Instructor

About the role

LCCI Global Qualifications (LCCIGQ) is seeking a full‑time professional to supervise Cambridge examinations and deliver engaging lessons to young learners at its Kathmandu centre. The role blends exam administration with classroom teaching, ensuring high standards of security, assessment, and learner development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Cambridge exams, enforce examination protocols, and maintain exam security.
• Coordinate with administrative staff and candidates to ensure smooth exam operations.
• Plan, prepare and deliver age‑appropriate lessons for young learners.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and keep accurate attendance and performance records.
• Develop teaching materials and support overall learner development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold academic and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong classroom management and instructional experience with young learners.
• Familiarity with Cambridge exam procedures and supervision protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with learners, parents/guardians, and staff.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field; teaching certifications or Cambridge‑related training preferred.
