Cashier / Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cashier and Customer Service Associate to join our mart in Budhanilkantha. The role involves handling cash and digital transactions, assisting customers with product queries, and ensuring smooth checkout operations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Issue receipts and manage billing for customer purchases.
• Provide product information, prices, and current offers to shoppers.
• Maintain the cash counter, record transactions, and handle returns or exchanges.
• Coordinate with team members regarding stock availability.
• Perform additional cashier‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cashier in a mart or similar retail environment.
• Good knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to work in shifts (morning or day/evening).

Required skills

• Basic computer and POS system operation.
