CCTV Sales Executive

About the role

The CCTV Sales Executive will drive B2B sales of surveillance and ICT solutions for HMC Nepal, a leading distributor of Hiksemi, Dahua and related technologies. Based on-site in Lalitpur, the role focuses on identifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients and generate leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate installations and after‑sales support.
• Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM or similar tools, and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in CCTV, surveillance or ICT products.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to explain technical features.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field; prior experience in Nepali ICT or security industry is a plus.
