Client Operations Executive

About the role

The Service Delivery Executive ensures Hexa’s operational commitments to clients are completed accurately and on time. Acting as a control layer across HR administration, payroll, billing, immigration and other functions, the role removes routine operational work from key account managers so they can focus on relationship growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain client operational action trackers, monitor deadlines, and ensure issues are closed.
• Track billing milestones, coordinate invoice submission, and provide collection updates to Finance.
• Oversee onboarding/off‑boarding progress, work orders, contract expiries and ensure timely actions to avoid service disruption.
• Manage escalated employee matters, coordinate resolutions across HR, payroll and immigration, and provide status updates.
• Prepare operational status for client governance meetings and convert minutes into actionable registers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in service delivery, shared services, BPO or workforce administration.
• Highly organised, disciplined and able to manage many concurrent tasks.
• Strong follow‑up and chasing ability with professional stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and spoken English and good judgement on escalation.
• Comfortable using trackers, systems and portals to monitor deadlines.
