Client Services Executive

About the role

ANS Creation Pvt. Ltd., a leading advertising agency in Nepal, is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Client Services Executive. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, coordinating projects across internal teams, and supporting the execution of both ATL and BTL campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with creative, production, media, and digital teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare performance reports and presentations for clients and management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Support billing processes, including invoice preparation and payment follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and maintain accurate project records.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
