Client Services Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Services Officer to join our advertising agency. You will be the main liaison for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction while driving revenue growth through strategic advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understand client business objectives and craft advertising strategies that align with those goals.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to develop and execute campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate regular reports, and address any client concerns proactively.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow revenue from existing accounts.
• Communicate client suggestions to internal teams and participate in new business pitches.
• Plan and manage client and company events, overseeing budgeting and delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align on client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of client or account management experience within an advertising agency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
