Client Servicing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to act as a trusted advisor for our key clients, ensuring their marketing campaigns are strategically planned and flawlessly executed.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their objectives and aligning campaign strategies.
• Develop and present strategic campaign plans that support client business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end project coordination, delivering campaigns on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as strategy, creative, influencer management, and operations to execute campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and detailed campaign reports for clients.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns proactively, and manage escalations professionally.
• Ensure deliverables adhere to client brand guidelines and expectations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Mentor junior client servicing team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Support business development by nurturing existing accounts and building long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in client servicing, client success or project management within marketing, advertising, media or technology‑enabled services.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic recommendations.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing team members.
• Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving and time‑management capabilities.
