About the role
We are seeking a Clinic Coordinator to join Vatsalya Natural IVF’s Chitwan branch. The role will oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and supporting the delivery of high‑quality fertility care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and support teams.
- Supervise front‑office and administrative staff.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and an excellent patient experience.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and submit timely operational reports.
- Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
- Support staff training and team coordination.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and people‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of clinic operations.
