Clinical Researcher – AI Data Services SME (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Researcher to join our AI Data Services team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Working remotely on an hourly contract, you will evaluate and create AI‑generated clinical research content, ensuring scientific rigor, safety, and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed prompts and gold‑standard answers covering clinical research methodology, interpretation, and scientific communication.
• Evaluate, rank, and improve AI responses for correctness, rigor, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, misleading evidence, unsafe recommendations, and bias.
• Fact‑check medical and scientific claims and write high‑quality explanations and model solutions.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on reasoning quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Clinical Research, Biomedical Sciences, PharmD, MD/DO, RN, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in clinical research (academia, hospitals, CROs, biopharma, public health).
• Strong command of study design, endpoints, sample‑size intuition, and result interpretation.
• Comfortable evaluating statistical reasoning, bias, confounding, and causality.
• Excellent attention to detail, C1‑level English proficiency, and scientific writing skills.
