Communications & Business Development Assistant

About the role

The Communications & Business Development Assistant will support THP’s international growth by handling client enquiries, managing leads, and coordinating orders with the operations team. This role ensures timely, professional communication and helps convert prospects into confirmed customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from international clients.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally via email and other channels.
• Maintain and regularly update the lead tracker and customer database.
• Follow established SOPs for communication, lead management, and order processing.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams regarding client enquiries, orders, timelines, and requirements.
• Assist in converting potential leads into confirmed clients and orders.
• Support clients throughout the process, from initial enquiry through order confirmation and delivery.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on enquiries, leads, conversions, and ongoing client communications.
• Support digital marketing activities and other business development initiatives as required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all client‑related information is properly documented.
