About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Computer Teacher to join KMC School in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu. The role involves delivering engaging computer lessons to primary and lower‑secondary students, fostering basic digital literacy and introductory programming skills.
Key responsibilities
- Teach computer classes for Grades 2, 3, 4, and 7.
- Prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Instruct students in basic computer operations, typing, and document formatting.
- Introduce fundamental programming concepts using Python.
- Design practical activities and exercises to reinforce learning.
- Assess student progress and provide guidance and support.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and dedicated attitude toward teaching.
- Good understanding of basic computer skills, typing, and formatting.
- Basic programming knowledge, preferably in Python.
- Minimum of 12 months of relevant teaching experience.
